Pumpkin Patch

Last week we headed to the local pumpkin patch with Benjamin's preschool. The boys had so much fun walking through the pumpkins and watching lizards. (Thomas Lamb, Christian Olsen, Ty Butler) (Vaughn Forsyth, Benjamin, Kaiden Bergtanole)

Ben was in LOVE with this green pumpkin.

My baby girl! These are actually from September when she started to sit up on her own. We love our little girl. She is so much fun to have in our family. She is now crawling like crazy and gets into everything!!!!

Over the summer Andrew participated in a singing class. He LOVED it! He was the only boy but he didn't care. Here is his duet with Dana. They sang Zippadeedodah

Andrew's first piano recital

Andrew started taking piano lessons this summer. He had worked his way through one of the beginner books that we have and so I decided it was time. He's doing REALLY well. This was back in August during his fun filled weekend of a day at the lake, a piano recital, and a little choir concert. Hope you enjoy!

Fun on the lake!

Over the summer we were fortunate enough to be able to spend some time on the lake. We LOVED it! Andrew loved riding on the boat and the tube. He kept wanting them to go FASTER!!

He's very good at making sure the flag goes up when someone is in the water. He actually takes his job very seriously. He was pretty funny, he would get off long enough to eat a hamburger, then he was back on the boat. I hardly saw him all day he was having SO much fun.

Ben does love the boat, just not as much as Andrew. All though they loved watching Bob and I on the wakeboard, we can't get them on the kid ski....maybe next year! We're happy they rode the tube! Way to go guys!!!

I'm so good! I don't even fall!!! just kidding, there's just no pictures of it. We both did get up on our first try though! You can't really tell, but I finally have documented proof that I really do stick out my tongue when I'm concentrating.

Benjamin's First day of preschool

Benjamin started preschool this year. We're doing a mommy swap 2 days a week. So far so good! There are 6 little boys with in exactly a year. It's fun, Thomas and Ben have the same birthday...just one year apart. We were all a little worried about 6 boys, but so far, it hasn't been too bad. The 2 moms that have had them so far, have said that they are very well behaved boys. KUDOS to us moms!!! I'm so excited, he's been coming home singing songs and telling me all about what he's learned.
The other day he came home and told me that the red circle is where you sit when you're not being kind. Then later that day Andrew did something that Ben perceived as not being kind and he told me that Andrew needed to sit on the red circle. He's really excited too for all of his friends to come to our house. me...I'm a little nervous.
