Andrew's Special Day

After the baptism we came home for sandwiches, swimming and just being with family. It was PERFECT! We love spending time with family and swimming, so it was the BEST day....at least Andrew thought so and that's what matters.

Andrews Baptism

Andrew was baptized in June! It was a FANTASIC day! He was SO excited and had been preparing himself for quite a while. I must admit I was worried he wouldn't be prepared, but, as his special day got closer....he was! He had an amazing primary teacher who taught him and got him excited about the gospel and reading his scriptures and the prospect of being baptized!

He was So excited for this opportunity that HE called the Executive Secretary to set up the appointment with the Bishop. He helped me make invitations to give out to the people he wanted to attend and HE asked the special men in his life to stand in the circle when he received the Holy Ghost.(after we are baptized, men who hold the priesthood lay their hands on our head and we receive the gift of the Holy Ghost, an amazing gift that we get to have with us ALWAYS) What an AMAZING young man!!!

Meeting with the Missionaries

A few days before Andrew's baptism we had the missionaried over for dinner and they were able to share with us a special message about baptism just for Andrew. It was GREAT and he loved it!!

As one of Andrews cub scout merit badges he had to help plan and cook an outside meal. He chose tin foil dinners and s'mores. I think Ben and Sierra REALLY enjoyed their s'mores:)

Sierra has again graced us with her amazing art. This time she decided to color Daniels crib. Her brothers helped her clean it up....until she got mad and decided she wanted to do it herself. She had also colored on the wall, but it got cleaned up before I got a picture..

Sierra started a tap and ballet class last week. She LOVES it!!

Daniel took his first steps today. I went to set him in his room, and he took 5 quick steps!! I'm not ready for this yet. He's already climbing on everything! I'm not ready for him to grow up!
