We had a GREAT Christmas. We stayed home this year. As sad as I was to not be home in Colorado with all our family and snow, I really enjoyed being at home. We had a VERY low key day. Andrew first got up around 2 but Bob sent him straight back to bed. He came backa few minutes later saying he couldn't sleep. Good thing I'd turned off the Christmas tree lights so he couldn't see that Santa had been there. Anyway, he climbed in our bed and I told him he had to sleep though. He did, he went right to sleep. Then, around 5:30 Bob woke up! What was going on!! Benjamin had been waking up about every 2 hours already so I was EXHAUSTED!!! Yet, around 6:30 Benjamin was crying and it woke up Andrew. First thing he said... "Santa's been here! Is the sun up yet?" Who toldhim he had to wait for the sun? Well, I decided we might as well get up daddy was already awake making breakfast anyway, so why not. Good thing we started when we did, it took us ALL DAY! We didn't finish until dinner time. Only because after Andrew opened a present he'd want to play with it, so we'd takeit out of the box and he'd play for a little while. We also made him stop and play whenever Benjamin needed a nap. He was pretty good about it. Thank you to all who helped make our Christmas special the boys love EVERYTHING they recieved and play with them all the time. Daddy loves the Wii moms and dads. ( my parents bought us the Wii and Mom and Dad Borland, you got us games and controllers, THANKS!) We hope you all had a wonderful day.
